Walk through the monumental cypress avenue and admire the villa’s unique façade, decorated with allegorical statues and local stone. Your visit includes the sumptuous interior halls, famous for their Lucchese silk tapestries and frescoes, and a stroll through the "Garden of Flora." This secret garden is a highlight of the estate, featuring elegant fountains, rare exotic plants, and historic water games.

To book the package you are interested in, simply select your preferred combination of services from the dropdown menus. In most cases, you can choose the hotel, room type, and the ticket category for the event included in the package. You can also add travel cancellation insurance if you wish. Next, you will need to provide your details and complete the payment through the guided procedure. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payments are made via credit card through the secure Vivawallet platform. Booking Evento Italiano will not have access to your card details, as the transaction is handled by the platform with high security standards. Payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking. Don't worry! You can still cancel your reservation without losing the entire amount. Refund procedures are defined in our Terms and Conditions and explained in the FAQ below.
If your package includes event tickets, we will ensure they reach you in time. In most cases, tickets will be in electronic format: these will be sent via e-mail no later than 2 weeks before the start of your trip. In case of paper tickets, you will find them at the hotel reception upon arrival, or we will provide instructions on how to collect them at the event venue.
Travel cancellation insurance is optional but recommended. It can be taken out by anyone, regardless of their country of residence. It covers cases where you are forced to cancel your trip for documented reasons such as illness, hospitalization, or other emergencies. The insurance covers the penalty amount, minus a deductible (which is waived in case of hospitalization longer than 3 days or death). Click here to read the official specifications.
Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the trip cancellation penalties are as follows: from booking until 46 days before the trip: face value of the ticket + 25% of the remaining package cost; from 45 to 31 days before the trip: face value of the ticket + 50% of the remaining package cost; from 30 to 15 days before the trip: face value of the ticket + 75% of the remaining package cost; from 14 days before the trip: 100% of the total package cost (no refund). As shown above, if the package includes services that require immediate payment by their nature (such as theater tickets or museum entries), these are non-refundable. However, in case of cancellation, you can still receive the tickets or ask us to attempt to resell them (without guarantee of success).
