This is a short list of our most Frequently Asked Questions.

ATTENDEES

We are more than 10 persons

No problem! Please inform us when you fill in the request form of the event. You may have acceess to special offers for groups and the chance to add exclusive services!

CHILDREN

I travel with children

Excellent! Inform us about it when you fill in the request form of the event. We need to know their age (at the event’s date) and if they will share a room with their parents or prefer a separate one.

EVENT

I could not find any interesting event for me

Good! Just click here to contact us.
The event you have in mind may be already existing and probably is not on line. If it’s not you gave us a wonderful travel idea that we can develop together!

 

EVENT CANCELLATION

The event has been cancelled

It happens rarely, but it might happen. In this case you have to refer to our Terms and Conditions.

GARAGE

I travel with my own car and I need a garage or a secure parking

Hotels in Italy usually have secure parking facilities. Inform us when you fill in the request form of the event. Please specify which kind of vehicle you have and, if it’s possible, at what time you think you’ll arrive at the hotel.

HOTEL

I want a different hotel from the ones you proposed

Sometimes it’s possible. Please let us know which kind of Hotel you would like to book and what range of price you would pay.

INSURANCE

I wish to purchase a travel insurance

Residents in the EEA (European Economic Area) can purchase a travel insurance policy for trip cancellation. Inform us when you fill in the request form of the event.

INVOICE

I need an invoice for my reservation

If you wish to receive an invoice under a certain name, please give us the right invoice address when you confirm your reservation.

I would like to be updated on events and promotions

PAYMENTS

How can I pay?

You can pay via bank transfer of credit card. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Monetaare accepted. Paypal is also accepted.

ROOMS

  • Category – I want a bedroom of a higher category than the ones you propose me

It is often possible to book a bedroom of a higher category. Inform us about it when you fill in the request form of the event.

  • Facilities – I want a room with specific facilities

It is often possible to choose certain facilities such as the view, a soundproof room, and much more. You can ask us about it when you fill in the request form of the event.

TICKETS

  • Delivery – How do I get my performance tickets? 

Normally, tickets are delivered at your hotel by our staff and you will pick them up upon check-in. In case there is a different way to get your tickets, we will inform you.

  • Category – I want to buy tickets of a certain category 

If the ticket category you wish is still available, of course we will book this for you. Please inform us about your preferred category when you fill in the request form of the event.

  • Seat – I want to choose my seat

It is possible to choose the category, and when provided by the organizers you can also choose your seat. Anyway, if you wish a specific seat you can inform us when you fill in the request form of the event.

TRAVEL

  • Cancellation – I need to cancel my reservation

When we send you the contract for the event you have confirmed, we will indicate our cancellation policy. If these terms don’t satisfy you, we suggest you stipulate a trip cancellation insurance in your country of residence. Unfortunately, we can only do this for Italian residents.

  • Extension – I would like to book a travel extension

It is almost always possible. Inform us when you fill in the request form of the event.
